Pros and cons of Mention app for iPhone and iPad
Mention app good for
It tells you all Mentions of your brand (or whatever you request) in social media, but even your own posts come up which ends up becoming more work to filter.
I like how you can mark Mentions as irrelevant, archive them, and save them. It also ranks the Mention on a scale of positive to negative! However, I dislike how it always pops up as having 12 new notifications every hour. Please fix.

Login is not possible, whether with Facebook, Twitter or G+. But it worked very well before. Please fix the bug!
I wanted to give this app a shot but it is very limiting. Wont be pitching this to my boss.
Update lost all my previous alerts.
Cant set up new alerts when "Next" button remains greyed out in Advanced > Languages.
Main Menu indicates 2 unread alerts that arent there when I click to view them.
"Marl All As Read"[sic] is a pretty good indicator how thoroughly UNtested this app is.
(Previous versions only sort of sometimes kinda worked anyway.)
"Advanced Settings" arent so advanced when theyre the primary (necessary) settings one must set for each alert. Instructions on this page arent so "advanced" either, if they indicate "below" but apply to field above.
Summary: I cant set up a single alert to replace the ones erased by the update, and the process makes zero sense, plus typos and other mistakes.
The app crashing when I try To Connect facebook account.
No problem with Twitter but facebook doesnt work at all.
Fix it.
The app is still full of bugs. Crashes when you select sources; Never updates read/unread tokens; Messes up with the alert settings.
The alert section has the gui optional/mandatory labels reversed.
Created a general search to use as an alternative to google alerts. Asks you to set primary and secondary search terms, but couldnt retain this info. Really bad.
