Does the job but not very well

Two main issues:

1. There are two many steps to move between alerts. Takes 3 taps, should only be 2. Would be great to have a view that combines all alerts.

2. Home screen badge is not accurate. I have no unread mentions but badge number always goes up. The Unread count in the app is often wrong too: shows unread mentions when there are none.

I see no place in the app to go for help or offer this feedback.
